Summary
We are looking for a “Senior Internal Investigator (f/m/d)” for the “Compliance - Internal Investigation” department at the Taufkirchen or Ulm locations as soon as possible.
The “Internal Investigation” function is part of the “Compliance” department. The Internal Investigation area is supplemented by tasks in the areas of white-collar crime, business partner audits, CSR, human rights and general compliance. The advertised position includes participation in the implementation of internal investigations at all companies of HENSOLDT AG, with the aim of clarifying compliance-relevant incidents and preventing recurrences as well as identifying and limiting risk factors.
Your Tasks
- Planning, organization and independent execution of internal and forensic special investigations as well as vulnerability analyses, compliance spot checks and reviews, analysis of business processes, risk assessments, evaluation of controls with a focus on criminal liability risks including the preparation of audit reports with recommendations for measures as well as presentation and coordination of the results / improvement measures with the management including follow-up on the implementation of measures
- Conducting business partner audits, in particular with regard to corruption prevention and human rights due diligence
- Evaluating and following up on anonymous reports as part of the Hensoldt Group’s anonymous whistleblower system
- Participation in the ongoing development of compliance methods and processes as well as internal guidelines and the preparation and implementation of internal training courses
- Contact person for the management, the operational areas and other central departments, in particular the Internal Audit department
Your Profile
- Completed studies in law, economics or similar
- Additional qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Certified Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor or Compliance Officer are advantageous
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in internal investigations, white-collar criminal law, criminal defense, compliance and/or forensics in a law firm, auditing firm or industrial company
- Extensive experience in forensic internal investigations, the prevention and detection of white-collar crime and other misconduct as well as knowledge of relevant interrogation techniques
- Ability to grasp complex issues and analyze them in a structured manner, recognize problems and present solutions clearly and comprehensibly, know-how in professional project and process management
- Above-average communication skills and persuasiveness as well as enjoyment of working in a team
- Business fluent in German and English, knowledge of French advantageous
