Responsibilities:

  • Within the countries of your scope: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, and the Nordics:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy and our business priorities
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, internal & external (Leadership Team, Management, external consultants, Unions) to develop existing or deliver customized and forward-looking HR-solutions, employees relations agreements and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute a Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Support the employee performance management process, including robust talent and succession planning
  • Identify training and development needs
  • Partnering HR VP to implement the HR-Strategy, HR-policies, HR-processes and develop solutions
  • Enable employees to reach our RAA goals and objectives with Coaching, counselling, training, and career development initiatives
  • Lead change management projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness
  • Ensure Data accuracy in the HRIS in collaboration with the HR-Officer, acting as an interface with country specific payroll vendors, general services and other internal or external providers
  • Finalize the post-merger integration through harmonization of HR-processes & policies and promote and foster our new company culture, core values and Leadership principles
  • Design and implement a new onboarding program aligned with our company culture, core values & strategic goals to facilitate integration of our employees in their new roles
  • Develop and implement initiatives that drive a diverse and inclusive workplace
