Take charge of developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow Les Lunes in the French and Polish markets. Establish our brand and lead a team of talented individuals to success.

Tasks

  • Managing international websites, social media channels, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strategic leadership and development of a dedicated team focussing on influencer marketing
  • Planning and implementation of long-term international influencer marketing strategies that increase Les Lunes’ brand awareness and reach all across Europe
  • Budget management, ensuring efficient use of financial resources
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of influencer marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, focusing on ROI and market penetration.
  • Ensure strategies comply with local laws and regulations in target countries.
  • Identify opportunities for market entry and design go-to-market strategies for new regions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of international marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing, with a preference for e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data.
  • In-depth understanding of international marketing, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Able to think outside the box in developing and executing innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Polish is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
