Description:
THE BASICS:
Tanium is adding to its world-class accounting and finance organization and is looking for a Senior International Payroll and Global Mobility Analyst to join our team. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-growth, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly motivated team player who brings a strong work ethic and a desire to increase their accounting skills.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Hands-on processing and serving as in-house SME of payroll and tax compliance for Poland and other EMEA countries.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret employee mobility data to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as HR, Recruiting, and Legal to ensure compliance with payroll/benefit requirements for Poland other EMEA countries.
