Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or Management
- 5-10 years of experience in recruitment from A to Z
- 3y of experience in Tech and/or Sales recruitments
- Recruitment experience dealing with high volumes and fast pace environment
- Experience in recruiting internationally, for different countries, regions and businesses
- Ideally both previous experience in consulting and in Talent Acquisition teams
- Previous experience with Success Factors Recruitment module, SAP will be a value added
- Previous experience in certified companies (ISO9001)
- Fluent English, both spoken and written mandatory (French as a plus)
- Experience in Success Factors - Recruitment Module ( value added)
- Good MS Office (namely Excel and Powerpoint)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment processes from A to Z, manage the full recruitment cycle for partnering with the business and hiring managers, including job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, technical assessments and offer creation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Pitch the company to candidates & future potential candidates
- Partner with the business, the Hiring Managers and the Local HR teams
- Elaborate & monitor recruitment Kpi’s, maintain files and databases updated
- Built & maintain a pipeline of potential interesting candidates
- Develop and execute specific talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to attract talent
- Ensure candidates receive a world class experience
- Work closely with a wider HR community in transversal projects
