We are looking for an Operations Specialist, who will work under supervision of Manager and be engage in various projects, special analysis and initiatives relating to technical aspects of the business. You will act as a process SME and provide technical support to Depositary Supervisor and teams to ensure all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Investment Compliance Specialist, Associate 2, you will

  • be responsible for monitoring compliance results on client portfolios related to Regulatory and Investment Manager (IM) mandates.
  • Utilizing State Street’s Investment Compliance & Reporting platform, the qualified candidate will complete the research, analysis and reporting to ensure portfolios are in compliance with their investment restrictions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • At least +1 years of relevant working experience preferably in fund accounting/ Alternative Investments/Investment Compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in finance, accounting or economic
  • Knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD regulations would be an advantage
  • Experience in creating Excel Reports
  • Knowledge about financial services, securities sector and capital markets
  • Accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • PC literate and competent in use of spreadsheets and word processing
  • Very good understanding of investment compliance processes
  • Independence in solving complicated cases in the field of compliance investment processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience utilizing Bloomberg
  • Experience in working with legal documentation in English
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional contacts and relationships within the company
  • Access, VBA knowledge is considered as an asset
  • Excellent analytical and mathematic skills
