Our Client, a privately owned financial planning and discretionary investment management house, who are dedicated to providing a high-quality service for private clients, trusts, and smaller institutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Middle Office Operations candidate to join their dynamic and fast paced team.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • The successful candidate will be delivery orientated and a well-organised individual.
  • To always have the customer at the heart of everything you do. Providing an excellent level of service is your primary responsibility.
  • IOC or CII qualifications are preferable.
  • Knowledge of investment products ISAs, GIA’s & wrapped products.
  • Proactive approach to work.
  • Experience of challenging the status quo in respect of processes.
  • A strong passion for delivering excellent, high quality service.
  • A self-starter, who owns their development journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day dealing operations, order execution, trade settlements, risk management, corporate actions, trade reconciliations and fund reporting to ACDs.
  • Knowledge of investment products ISAs, GIA’s & wrapped products.
  • Ensuring client accounts are invested according to the agreed model portfolio(s) (to within acceptable tolerance), on both the inhouse platform as well as external platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to maintain the integrity of trading operations.
  • Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of trades, managing risks, and contributing to the overall success of the Asset Management business.
