JOB DESCRIPTION

OceanaGold is seeking a professional and highly motivated individual to join our Investor Relations team at our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, you will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for various activities related to investor relations, including coordinating communication and engagement with investors. Your strong attention to detail and methodical approach to task completion will be key to your success in this rewarding senior-level corporate position

  • Support the implementation of a comprehensive investor relations strategy and framework.
  • Assist in preparing investor materials, including presentations, reports, financial disclosures, investor events, and site tours.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of investor-related information.
  • Understand and summarise key market insights and investor feedback for Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Provide ad-hoc business support to the corporate development team as needed.
  • Some travel to conferences and investor events is expected.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Over 2 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in the natural resources or mining industry is highly desirable but not required.
  • A strong enthusiasm and interest in joining a high-performing and dynamic corporate development team.
