Description:
We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d) to become part of the Investor Relations (IR) team of stock-listed KWS SAAT & Co. KGaA (SDAX), one of the world’s leading plant breeding companies. This is a full-time, permanent position in our Berlin office.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably an academic degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Investor Relations of a listed company
- Fluent in German & English language
- Comprehensive knowledge of capital market regulation & ESG rating landscape
- Ability to precisely analyze and clearly describe and present complex matters
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with Senior Management
- Experience in financial modelling as well as general accounting and IFRS knowledge
