REQUIREMENTS

  • You have strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • You have an understanding of ISO27001, GDPR and data protection regulationsunderstanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in implementing security measures and protocols
  • You have an understanding of Risk management and the impacts of risks to the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the businesses data
  • Desirable to have experience in some of the following platforms: Google workspace, Jumpcloud, Microsoft 365 suite, Hibob HRIS system, Windows and MacOS support, Ubiquiti unifi, Collaboration tooling such as Slack & NotionYou might have experience in implementing and maintaining an ISMS (information Security Management System)

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the Day to Day IT support, on a distributed workforce, covering multiple sites both in the UK and US
  • You will work with the business and its consultant to support its ambition to obtain ISO27001. by ensuring technical controls are correctly implemented, and governance activities are carried out
  • You will analyse processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement, providing business cases for new solutions
  • You will help drive the business forward through better use of technology, process and procedure
  • You will work closely with an IT consultant to build out the IT function, laying the groundwork for a scalable and secure IT environment as the company grows
  • You will oversee the configuration, usage, and optimization of SaaS applications across the business
  • You will handle procurement, provisioning, and lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets
  • You will develop and refine IT support processes, including ticket managementWhere needed, train employees to use software and hardware
