QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or MSc in IT or related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience.
• Good understanding of LightSpeed, Marketman, Boxi and concept products, related utilities, and tools.
• Good knowledge of POS system.
• Good knowledge of hospitality systems.
• Good knowledge of POS data integrity.
• Sound knowledge of the implemented application systems.
• Excellent knowledge in programing languages.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

To insure and monitor building applications to systematize the company department’s functions and needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor IT application developments solutions.
• Act as 1st and 2nd level of support for IT applications.
• Train, guide and transfer the knowledge among the teams.
• Ensure that the department’s requirements are met.
• Assist in selecting company applications.
• Assist in selecting tools and packages.
• Monitor the development performance.
• Control the company software licenses.
• Assist in company application procurement planning.
• Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
• Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support, Patch Management and Version Control.
• Evaluate applications features and products related.
