QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Ideal, working experience with Swiss companies.
• Strong expertise in the finance and banking sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities, related to the areas covered by SolitX and AnalytX.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, modern API design, and development frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on innovation.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and data security standards in the finance industry.
