Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.
  • Lead / prepare / participate in business requirements workshops to specify IT solutions.
  • Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.
  • Support the development of solutions and monitor the velocity of the team.
  • Support test quality assurance activities and user acceptance tests.
  • Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.
  • Document User Stories effectively so they can be clearly understood by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance.
  • Identify and convey the impacts on Business processes to support change management in Business units via train the trainer documents and procedures.
  • Build a solid, reusable and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.
