ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, software development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in conducting detailed business analysis, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application development.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• Requirement gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and are clearly understood by all parties.
• Support for Testing and UAT: Provide support to IT Test team ensuring that the final product meets the description and acceptance criteria.
