Your role at Clorox:
As EDT (IT) Senior Business Operations and Communications Analyst (BOCA), you will play a critical role in driving the success of our enterprise technology strategy, delivery, and operations. This role will report to the EDT Director, Enterprise Business Operations Lead and will interface closely with the Chief Information and Data Officer (CIDO). The BOCA will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the CIDO helping craft and share narratives that connect and support delivery commitments for technology that spans the Enterprise.
This role will drive a high degree of collaboration within EDT, across business units, and across the enterprise / shared functions. Your exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills will contribute to our mission to ensure EDT associates can work seamlessly, and customers and partners have low-friction, high security experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the CIDO to craft and deliver clear and concise executive presentations, meaningful reports, and effective updates to senior executives.
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions with the Enterprise Data & Tech Leadership Team (EDTLT), balancing strategic outcomes with tactical progress insights.
- Define areas of risk and/or opportunity for EDT and collaborate with the EDTLT to address them in a proactive and timely fashion.
- Summarize complex technical and budgeting concepts into easily digestible information for non-technical stakeholders, as well as create and publish progress against high-profile deliverable commitments.
- Ensure the CIDO has relevant KPIs and strategic messaging to effectively engage with Board members, other Clorox Executive Committee (CEC) members, EDTLT, and all EDT teammates.
- Schedule and attend critical meetings that support the CIDO, CISIO and Security leadership; maintain action items, follow-ups and confidentiality.
- Partner with next level leaders committee (“2ACT”) on transformational change and people culture initiatives, as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the entire EDTLT, analyze and report performance based on EDT strategy, portfolio, and roadmap commitments, including recommending areas needing communication and/or intervention to ensure effective completion, and proactively encourage steps needed to drive organizational change via positive engagement and messaging.
- Develop and facilitate communications related to EDT and Enterprise topics for increased User Awareness and Experiences, coordinate with Corporate Communications partners where relevant.
- Integrate and streamline EDT processes while promoting awareness across the enterprise and product teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive collaboration, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
What we look for:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience in executive interfacing and program management roles.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational transformation is a plus.
- Proven experience in thinking and acting creatively, championing and promoting new ideas that contribute to the aims of a Data & Tech organization.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with visual presentation creation capabilities as a primary strength.
- Strong understanding of governance, analytics methodologies, and contemporary technology practices.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to lead others through influence, inspire innovation, and foster collaboration at all levels in the organization.
- Capable of working independently and work productively as a team member.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100
–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300
–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600
