Responsibilities:
- You will oversee the work done by the IT Compliance Analyst.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and assist with team deliverables to address CTM OCM scope and objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
- Work with Divisional and Enterprise stakeholders to ensure SOC 1 reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- Engage with Technical and Support teams across the Citco Divisions to improve the control environment in a collaborative manner.
- Complete the tasks assigned by OCM management as to achieve OCM goals and objectives.
- Draft control activity test procedures that determine operating effectiveness and maturity levels.
- Provide actionable insights to drive the appropriate response in the management, mitigation, or elimination of risk.
- Help ensure the effective execution of Risk Assessments across the organization.
- Support and/or manage regulatory requests and help prepare material for presentations.
- Ensure enterprise and divisional risks and control requirements are properly aligned and implemented effectively within the process.
- Assist in the preparation of reports to senior management on operational effectiveness. Reporting performed includes periodic management reporting and ad hoc reporting.
- Ability to execute the CTM OCM Governance framework.
- Ability in identifying, evaluating and/or defining compliance requirements in a technical environment
