Security Radar
Context:
The project focuses on expanding and further developing the Security Radar application. This includes the management of IT governance, risk, and compliance, with a core objective of developing a live operational image that provides better visibility. The project involves redeveloping a web application and adding new features like train route views while integrating various components into the IT landscape.
Services Required:
Business engineering, including communication between IT and business areas, analyzing and evaluating current and target states for security incidents.
Business development, with a focus on conceptualizing requirements alongside technical experts and management.
Customer management, providing professional advice and support for quality and risk management related to the Security Radar’s expansion.
Overall project management, coordinating the agile development of the Security Radar project.
Technical coordination of IT project development, including definition, management, and ensuring compliance with project objectives.
Support in IT governance, risk, and compliance management issues, as well as workshops with stakeholders to discuss future development and risk management.
Project Details:
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Service Provision: Primarily remote, with no regular on-site activities planned. Provision of services outside Germany requires approval, and work outside the EU is not generally planned.
Technical Requirements:
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in coordinating complex, agile projects across departments.
Proven experience (min. 3 years) in leading agile teams.
Strong experience in overall project management in complex agile environments and business process design using modeling tools.
Proven experience in consulting and workshop delivery, including communication with senior management.
At least 4 years of experience in handling multi-departmental projects.
Skills:
Expertise in IT governance, risk, and compliance management.
Strong coordination and moderation skills for cross-functional workshops and agile project environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior management levels.
