Description:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ Years of Google Workspace Development Experience: Proven experience building automation solutions, scripts, and custom applications for Google Workspace.
  • Apps Script and AppSheet Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and their practical use in solving business needs.
  • API Integration: Hands-on experience working with Google Workspace APIs, third-party APIs, and familiarity with RESTful APIs, including JSON formats.
  • JavaScript Proficiency: Strong JavaScript skills, with experience writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Automation Focus: Ability to identify opportunities for automation, build effective solutions, and optimize workflows.
  • GCP Projects and Service Accounts: Experience managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects and service accounts.
  • Flexible Mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly, and thriving in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

We’re looking for an experienced IT Developer specializing in Google Workspace, who thrives on building scalable solutions, enjoys automation, and wants to make a difference. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop Automation Solutions: Design and implement scripts, workflows, and automations to optimize Google Workspace operations and enhance productivity.
  • Leverage Google Apps Script and AppSheet: Utilize Google Apps Script and AppSheet to create custom applications, tools, and integrations that solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • API Integration: Work extensively with Google Workspace APIs, Graph API, and other third-party APIs to connect and streamline various systems within our organization.
  • Optimize and Automate Workflows: Develop and maintain advanced Google Workspace automations to minimize manual efforts, including account provisioning, license management, and complex reporting.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside IT, Security, and other business units to design solutions that support global operations and ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Lead Innovation Initiatives: Proactively identify opportunities for automation, assess new Google Workspace features, and drive projects to increase efficiency and enhance user experience.
  • Create Best Practices Framework: Develop a framework to ensure Apps Script code follows best practices, is readable by L2 engineers, and is synced to GitHub for version control.
