  • Design performance metrics to track and improve the efficiency of equipment runtime and repair activities. These metrics should include equipment availability, response and repair times, equipment failure summaries, failure trends, and adherence to system performance specifications. Develop a corrective action plan to improve any metrics that do not meet Authority standards.
  • Provide technical support (remote and on-site) and product life-cycle management for the section portfolio.
  • Perform failure analysis of equipment and systems with the goal of detecting failure trends and reliability statistics.
  • Develop and maintain an equipment test program for the purpose of re-testing equipment that was replaced in the field for corrective maintenance. This program should include environmental stress testing and a process for repairing these items in a test lab environment.
  • Complete initial baseline analysis and provide status reports for special projects.
