• Lead the administration and support of our Microsoft Azure Active Directory / 365 environment, endpoint management and security and other business critical SaaS tools in a hybrid organisation, ensuring seamless functionality and security and a great user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the system engineering team to analyze complex technical issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions and automations.
• Oversee access and identity management requests, maintaining security protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, while speeding up delivery to end-user teams.
• Spearhead improvements to the IT onboarding process for new team members ("Safeys"), providing comprehensive support including laptop/phone provisioning and customized training programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting hardware issues for laptops, printers, phones, and other devices, offering guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead efforts to increasingly optimize and automate IT tasks and processes to reduce toil on the team, improve consistency and deliver a faster and better user experience.
