RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the administration and support of our Microsoft Azure Active Directory / 365 environment, endpoint management and security and other business critical SaaS tools in a hybrid organisation, ensuring seamless functionality and security and a great user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the system engineering team to analyze complicated technical issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions and automations.
• Oversee access and identity management requests, maintaining security protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, while speeding up delivery to end-user teams.
• Spearhead improvements to the IT onboarding process for new team members ("Safeys"), providing comprehensive support including laptop/phone provisioning and customized training programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting hardware issues for laptops, printers, phones, and other devices, offering guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead efforts to increasingly streamline and automate IT tasks and processes to reduce toil on the team, improve consistency and deliver a faster and better user experience.

As an experienced Senior IT Engineer at SoSafe, your primary mission is to empower our team members by configuring and delivering modern, effective and highly automated IT support services and operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing our IT architecture systems and processes, enabling us to achieve our mission effectively.
