You will:

• Leading a team of six talented IT professionals, providing direction, mentorship and support
• Overseeing the physical, virtual and storage HW requirement and deployment in EMEA and APAC regions
• Managing the global compute and storage HW procurement processes
• Plan the global shared infrastructure capacity requirement with key stakeholders
• Overseeing the creation of automated reports and statistics for clients and management

• Managing remote deployment teams to ensure requests are completed within service level agreements

• Managing vendor relationship with hardware suppliers - Cooperating with global operations, engineering and integration teams

• Handle high level of customer escalations

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

• Linux/Unix/Windows solid level experience
• Technical consultancy skills to be able to explain complex technical solutions to customers
• Intermediate knowledge of computer and storage hardware technology solutions
• Basic understanding of network hardware technologies
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• People and leadership management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships across various IT organizations
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity
• Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proactive
• Flexible and innovative
• Ownership

You may also have:

• ITIL V3 or V4 certificate
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow tool
• Intermediate level of presentation and project management

Team Profile:
You will be working as part of a global MS team that is responsible for managing the server and storage provisioning processes within a top-tier Global Investment Bank.
MIS team supervises and improves the work of the global technical team with an engagement of internal customers, vendors, as well as colleagues in the global integration, engineering and operations teams. Besides maintaining the provisioning service, the team is also involved in technical consultancy, capacity management, tool development and deployment projects.
