DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Familiarity with retail or wholesale industries.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As the Senior Manager of IT – Acquisitions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth by leading the development and implementation of a cutting-edge IT platform for acquisitions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where technology and business strategy align to create impactful solutions.
You’ll lead a diverse team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive innovative IT projects that will support Musgrave’s growth, ensuring our acquisitions are seamlessly integrated and poised for success.
**This is a 12 month fixed term contract
The role location is Flexible and could be based in Cork, Dublin or Belfast
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead IT Transformation: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions for acquisitions, from conceptualization to delivery and ongoing support. Ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and drive operational excellence.
- Project Planning & Execution: Collaborate with Project Managers to develop detailed plans, oversee timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure successful execution of IT initiatives that meet or exceed expectations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and guide a high-performing IT team. Foster an inclusive, innovative culture where individuals thrive and grow as part of an evolving team.
- Strategic Consulting: Partner with IT and acquisition leadership to ensure IT solutions align with business goals, driving value and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring IT initiatives deliver value to the business and contribute to Musgrave’s overarching strategy.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgets, optimizing resources to maximize return on investment and ensure effective use of technology.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior IT leadership to leverage global resources, creating a service catalogue for acquisitions that includes SLAs, security, and standardized technology.
