Inpay, headquartered in the heart of Copenhagen, is seeking a IT Operations Administrator to join our IT Operations team. As a seasoned professional, you’ll work closely with technicians and supporters, guiding and mentoring them while assisting and supporting end-users with any IT-related issues they encounter. Your role extends beyond traditional IT support – you’ll bridge the gap between our tech-savvy and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
The role is based in Copenhagen.
Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Services: Leverage and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Performance Assessment: Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements.
- Issue Resolution: Address escalated issues from technicians and engineers.
- Collaboration with CISO: Work closely with our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure alignment with security policies.
- Endpoint and Identity Management: Utilize your minimum 2 years of experience in endpoint and identity management in the cloud (Hybrid) to enhance security and streamline processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Employ your risk-based approach to solve IT challenges and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Regulatory implementation: Help implement and facilitate legal and regulatory requirements in collaboration with the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and Security departments.
- SSO and SCIM: Streamline Single Sign-On (SSO) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) across critical business applications.
- Reporting to the Head of IT Operations: Collaborate with the Head of IT Operations to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
