In this role, you will:

Project manage the delivery of complex IT related projects within the commission, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Provide leadership in the management of program governance including establishing sound and efficient processes and systems to deliver team objectives.

    • Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines while driving continuous improvement in project processes.POSITION DETAILSThe position is responsible for:
  • Overseeing the full life cycle of IT projects, including the development of business cases, procurement activities, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Leading the integration of various internal systems with external service provider interfaces, ensuring all components work together effectively.
  • Developing renewal and upgrade schedule for commission IT/business systems and managing key project documentation, including schedules, budget trackers, and financial reporting, while identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success.This role requires strong IT technical background and project management experience.Please refer to the attached position description for the principal functions and key selection criteria.THIS IS A FIXED TERM POSITION FOR TWO YEARS.
