As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end migration process of our HR program from SAP EEC to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Employee Center Time in our core countries UK, DE, DK & SE. You will be involved in managing the entire migration process and ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation. This will include developing and executing a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. You will likewise be responsible for identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies. Further, your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure a successful migration
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and data privacy regulation

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to navigate complex challenges with ease. They should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, seamlessly transitioning between different phases of the project. Effective project management skills are a must, as they will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple deliverables concurrently. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial, as they will need to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels. In additional you have:

  • Masters’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, specifically in HR system migration projects
  • Preferably a solid understanding of HR processes and systems, with a focus on payroll and time management
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management
