JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead projects with both technical and functional complexity.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing complex IT projects.
• The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive project plans to guide execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, and proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Effectively communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and facilitate regular project meetings and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in IT project management methodologies, tools, and processes, and mentor junior team members to foster their professional development.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation and optimize project outcomes, leveraging your technical expertise in areas such as SQL, cloud technologies, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT governance to solve complex problems and deliver value-added solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• PM to oversee hospitality Applications Systems including ERP
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex IT projects.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in SQL, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving results and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
