This includes defining the project’s objectives and scope, acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the project team’s members, as well as assessing the risks, and overseeing quality controls through the project lifecycle.– Scope definition and PlanningDefine the project’s scope with clear deliverables, identify the main stakeholders and obtain signoffsBuild work plans and deliverablesAdapt as appropriate the scope to meet changing needs and requirements in compliance with GDPR regulations– Project managementManage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopeIdentify resources needed and assign individual responsibilitiesHold regular status meetings with stakeholders and IT projects steering committeeKeep project team informed of progressManage project resources to meet the assigned tasksFacilitate business units meeting related to projects and workshopsEnsure that project documents are complete, updated and stored appropriatelyReport timely and accurately on project according to the deadlineEnsure GDPR compliancy activities at each stage of the project lifecycle– Risk assessmentEvaluate risk exposure of deliverables and project outcomeAssess GDPR and Information Security risks with contribution of DPO and CISOAssess PSF regulation and constrains in its core to build project plans and deliverablesYour profile:– Experience and qualificationsYou have a degree in IT Engineering or Computer SciencesYou have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in managing IT projectsYou have strong competencies in leading IT Outsourcing processes, procurement and cost controlYou have a good knowledge of PSF regulation constraintsLean Management / Scrum Master experience / Agile project planning will be a plus– Soft skillsYou have well-developed organisational and time management skillsYou provide valuable information related to the project status in a timely and effective mannerYou demonstrate the ability to cooperate with a wide variety of colleaguesYou have assertiveness and empathy with colleagues and are able to manage conflictsYou encourage junior team members to make innovative contributions and embrace new ideasYou inspire your colleagues to strive and to achieve the goals with a sense of leadershipYou have an excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and EnglishYou are proficient in delivering software and infrastructure projects with a rock solid resiliencyWe offer:Excellent career development opportunities with tailor-made internal training focused on both technical and soft skills;An entrepreneurial work culture where we promote talent & ideas;Multicultural, diverse teams encouraging collaborative work;The opportunity to work and interact within a wide network of specialists; andA hybrid working environment offering flexibility and the possibility to work from home.Arendt promotes equal opportunities and value each and every employee for what they bring to the community.For more information, please refer to our diversity and inclusion policy on our website.If you are interested in this job opportunity, we are looking forward to receiving your application.
