Your role
As Senior IT Project Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are managing the implementation of new initiatives, platforms and channels alongside our digital roadmap. You collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders and show strong leadership, planning and communication skills. You will find a challenging but satisfying opportunity to work with most advanced digital channels.
Your responsibilities
Lead international and cross-functional teams
Communicate transparently and proactively to project members and stakeholders
Work closely with the product owners, subject matter experts and developers in related areas
Analyze, translate and align processes and requirements (technical and business), and ensure that specifications are created and aligned
Govern testing campaigns and activities in the context of solutions developed in the respective areas
Your profile
University degree (university / FH) in computer science, business administration, software engineering or comparable fields
10+ years of practical experience in the field of IT transformation and digitalization programs
Certifications in Project Management are expected, Certifications in agile methodologies are an advantage
Knowledge in Avaloq as well as proven skills in e-banking or web-meeting projects are an advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as organizational skills
Ability to work with various stakeholder and excellent communication and presentation skills
Leadership experience
Fluency in English
