We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with over 3 years of experience to help us attract top technology professionals across.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior-level IT positions
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Expertise in sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- English B2+ Level
- Polish or Russian B1+ Level would be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Tech positions, including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Product teams
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from screening through to offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Represent the company and build our employer brand at tech events, meetups, and through social media.
