Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage top IT talent through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with recruiting managers, both locally and internationally, to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Traffit) to track candidate progress, ensuring accurate reporting and regular updates on recruitment activities.
  • Experience in handling employee documentation, including contracts and related paperwork,
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Actively participate in Employer Branding activities, contributing to the promotion of Incubly as an employer of choice.
