The Mission
We are the IT Recruitment team from ING Hubs, and we provide support for every department that is expanding and developing/growing. Our mission is to bring on-site the most suitable candidates and to help Managers with all the recruitment process.
Your day to day

Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview and hiring process (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer);
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to develop hiring strategies; acknowledge your role as a consultant for them in the recruitment processes and offer support in making strategic decisions;
  • Source externally and network to find technical candidates within the business areas; focus on the candidate experience and act as a first point of contact you would like to interact with;
  • Conduct interviews together with the Hiring Managers in a highly professional way and act as a strong HR partner in making the right decision to hire based on in depth evaluation;
  • Market the company to candidates, exercising a strong sense of what sells in competitive markets and how to package our development teams and roles in a compelling way;
  • Work in a structured way, using the available tools in order to ensure access to information, accurate reporting and an efficient way of working, with focus on improvement; previous experience in using Workday would be highly appreciated;
  • Contribute to the onboarding and development of junior colleagues in the team, who offer support on sourcing.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Expertise in recruitment and selection, complex projects and within a constant growth context;
  • +5 years of recruiting experience, with focus on technical profiles;
  • Strong understanding of the IT domain;
  • Very good communication abilities and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • A good judge of characters, able to sense and understand the human behaviour;
  • Experience managing multiple work streams and competing priorities;
  • Comfort in setting clear expectations, providing guidance and relevant feedback in relation with stakeholders;
  • Ability to take initiative and think through problems creatively;
  • Ability to manage processes from start to finish with little guidance;
  • Attention to how you deal with a high quantity of personal and sensitive information, that you manage on your day to day activity.
