Your Role

• You manage and secure our Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environment
• You take on a leading role in the SOC (Security Operations Center) area
• Your responsibilities also include the administration, installation and configuration in server environments (partly Linux, but mainly Microsoft Windows) as well as the administration of our IT network infrastructure
• You will also support the introduction, support, improvement and documentation of new and existing software, tools and hardware
• You support our IT support in the areas of second and third level as well as fault clearance and troubleshooting
• You act independently in day-to-day operations and coordinate upcoming tasks within our ticket system
• You communicate proactively with our internal departments and teams

Your Skills

• You have successfully completed a vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, a degree with a focus on information technology or a similar qualification
• You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 as well as Windows operating systems (client / server), Windows services (e.g. AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO)
• You are confident in dealing with Microsoft security features + experience in other IT security areas
• You consider yourself an expert in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as IT project management
• You have a very good command of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• A strong ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality complete your profile

NICE-TO-HAVE WOULD BE SKILLS IN:

• Microsoft Azure (desirable certifications AZ104, AZ500, SC200, SC300)
• SOC (desirable certification CSE, CSA, CCSE)
• SAP Basis
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Database (Oracle, Microsoft SQL - basic knowledge is an advantage)
• Veeam Backup
• GitHub
