QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT operations or similar roles
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems, software, and multiple OS platforms
  • In-depth working knowledge of programming languages
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
  • Experience with our tech stack (Okta, Google, Atlassian, Workato, BetterCloud, Jamf, JumpCloud)
  • Experience with ITSM management and configuration
  • In-office networking (LAN) and A/V experience
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule (you may be required at times to work on-call and off-hours)
  • Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds with or without accommodation

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an empathetic & curious problem solver, who can challenge the status quo and uplift the people around them. This is a space where you can have an impact by helping hone our processes and implement systems that solve real business problems. This role will be integral in providing support to our Poland office and our distributed employees. You will serve as a critical member of our existing Global IT Operations team. Clari is a cloud-first company, so this role will need development skills and focused experience with our IT platforms and SaaS tech stack.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as primary IT support and escalation for the Poland region, managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and IT processes
  • Oversee employee lifecycle tasks (like IT orientations), office infrastructure, and equipment provisioning (network, A/V, etc.)
  • Provide IT support for office/company events, global helpdesk requests, and employees across multiple OS platforms within SLAs
  • Administer IT SaaS tools (Okta, Google, Zoom, Slack, etc.), manage Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), and handle SAML integrations and workflows
  • Track and maintain corporate assets using the asset management tool and manage endpoint security (detections, investigations, remediation)
  • Create IT automation and workflow solutions (custom scripting, Workato, Okta Workflows, Torii, BetterCloud)
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation for the knowledge base
  • Manage MDM policies, patch management, and strategic IT initiatives at scale
  • Design and implement scalable IT automation and workflows (custom scripting, Workato, Okta Workflows, Torii, BetterCloud)
  • Develop advanced API scripting for MDM platforms, systems, and integrations
  • Create Jamf MDM policies and scalable patch management solutions
  • Manage and execute large-scale strategic IT initiatives and projects
