EDUCATION

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Computing / IT Field.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years hands on experience with IT systems analysis, programming, testing and implementation;
• Ability to develop project proposals, plan and deliverables;
• Able to conduct User Acceptance testing;
• Knowledge of automated testing tools is desirable;
• Project management skills are required; and
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues to JHAH applications.

CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS AS APPLICABLE

• SAP Certification is desirable;
• Knowledge of Healthcare environment is desirable;
• Knowledge of presentation tools like Visio, Power Point is required;
• Presentation skills are necessary; and
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required.

• Collect user requirements ensuring solution is in line with scope of work and proper documentation is developed facilitating the system maintenance and support activities;
• Follow and SDLC development technology;
• Design, develop, test, and deliver SAP solutions;
• Work with subject matter experts to develop project scope, hardware, software requirements;
• SAP development, architecture, software maintenance and system administration;
• Develop project plan, execute the project and track its progress; and
• Ensure data integrity and be able to resolve any software vulnerabilities to improve and ensure system’s security.
