Senior IT Technician

• Install, maintain, and upgrade network systems, software, and computer devices that support the company’s courier operations.
• Manage and monitor the GPS tracking system to ensure that deliveries are made to the correct address and follow the planned route.
• Supervise delivery operations, coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to the GPS system and order management software.
• Manage the data storage system for shipments, ensuring the security of customer and order information.
• Monitor the performance of the delivery system and propose improvements and optimizations for the process.
• Ensure the company’s technology systems operate stably and securely, complying with information security regulations.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to job demands.
• A proactive attitude in learning and keeping up with new technologies.
• Provide appropriate training to new staff
• Work in a multicultural workplace
• May work on weekend and public holiday
• Any other duties required reasonably by the Director.
