Now we are looking for a motivated and driven Senior IT Manager to join our IT Team. This is an important role at dentolo as we expand our offerings and capabilities, redefine our tech stack and continuously optimize for maximum growth, scalability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing IT Workplace, with a focus on managing and resolving complex 1st and 2nd level service/support requests.
  • Leading efforts to drive automation and continuous improvement of IT processes, including the implementation of new workflows.
  • Managing incident and service management processes to minimize disruption and ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Developing, delivering, and managing training programs and educational materials to enhance employees’ IT proficiency.
  • Contributing to and managing IT projects aimed at further improving employee enablement and overall IT infrastructure.
