About The Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager with a strong background in Workspace IT services.
The role holder requires the individual to work collaboratively with technical teams and Senior Leadership to effectively communicate and bridge the gap between the the two.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Understanding current Operational Process around Workspace IT and seek improvement initiatives.
  • Bridge the gap between Technical Teams and Senior Leadership to effectively communicate gaps in process and initiatives for improvement
  • Creating reporting processes to ensure Stakeholders are aligned with all ongoing activity
  • Work alongside Enterprise Architects to design and deliver appropriate Workspace IT improvements
  • Enhancing current operating procedures.
  • Findings effective ways to establish current perception of Customer Experience and work with the customer experience teams to be the key input for IT Infrastructure workspace elements
