Description:
DESCRIPTION
The pre-sales team is seeking a new Software Developer. The team’s primary responsibility is to conduct POCs for potential clients, which are developed based on the corporate platform (EIS Suite) and involve both configuration and programmatic extensions.
Working in pre-sales is suitable for someone who enjoys and is accustomed to working in a dynamic environment that requires creative involvement in the development process. This role also involves interacting with clients or business teams to solve often complex logical tasks.
Additionally, the team’s work closely involves piloting the development of integrations with third-party services, which may later be included in the roadmap of the R&D teams.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Software Developer
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Java 8\11
- Knowledge and experience with Spring IoC, Spring Boot
- Experience with Docker
- Working knowledge of build pipelines and CI/CD best practices
- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams
- Basic knowledge of Play and React
- English level not lower than intermediate
Nice to have skills:
- Sisense and data warehouse
- Video editors
Responsibilities:
- Quickly and in conditions of frequent absence of documentation, extend the existing system functionality based on the client’s desires using corporate frameworks
- On the fly, analyze client business requirements, convert them into technical spec and implement MVPs
- In some cases, perform e2e MVPs development combining UI - gateway - facades, which also includes testing and deploying all necessary components
- Rapidly develop missing platform functionalities and integrations
- Create presentation materials including slides and videos
- Structure all information received from various teams and organize it into a unified knowledge base
- Analyze and support CI/CD and collaborate with the DevOps team
- Train the business team on the platform
- Participate in sessions with the customer (online/offline)
