Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team, working on a cutting-edge platform that delivers enhanced software solutions to our clients. As a recognized subject matter expert, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-quality, secure, and innovative software solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of modern software design principles such as SOLID, DRY, and Single Responsibility
- Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, NoSQL databases), micro-service design. Knowledge with Pivotal Cloud Foundry or any other cloud platform AWS or Azure or GCP
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS
- Proficiency with CI/CD, DevOps, Sonar integration
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, collaboration skills, and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks, tools, and support multiple concurrent activities
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Responsibilities:
- Research alternative technical solutions for changing business needs
- Manage the overall cloud architecture and investigation of new technologies to help the platform evolve at the speed of business
- Create solutions with a high level of innovation, cost-effectiveness, high quality, and faster time to market
- Lead day-to-day system development and maintenance activities of the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to identify and scope the opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, identify risks, benefits, and constraints
- Develop overall strategic technical plan and create architecture proposals based on identified solution gaps
- Partner with Technical Project Managers in the implementation of processes per the evolving needs of the team and the solutions
