What you will be doing: This is a full-time, fully remote role position. As a Senior Java Developer, you will engage in various projects, working closely with other departments within Fresche to deliver development and meet project deliverables. You’ll follow our established methodologies while adhering to industry standards and best practices, ensuring all projects maintain our 100% customer reference ability. Your role includes managing client expectations, participating in the development, and maintaining performance metrics to assess project success.

• Lead and execute projects using proven Software Development Life Cycle processes, procedures, and tools to include planning, coordinating all project activities, project status meetings, system specifications design and review, technical review, system testing, system implementation, post implementation review.
• Works with the business unit on long term strategies to better use technology and to promote / champion process improvement initiatives.
• Work with software development to review / understand requirements and specifications for technical design, obtain information on system capabilities, limitations, and performance requirements.
• Delivering a relevant technical solution based on best practice / experience / similar projects.
• Develop skills and competence on our products/projects in terms of technical design, architecture and troubleshoot.
