Description:
ERP Suites is looking for a Senior JD Edwards Functional HCM and Payroll Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you will provide advisory and consulting services to address business needs across the enterprise leveraging JD Edwards.
As the functional subject matter expert for JD Edwards Human Capital Management and Payroll applications, you will need a deep understanding of the features, functionality, and integration of JDE HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Self Service with other modules and applications.
We’re looking for someone who can lead a team, work independently, and juggle multiple tasks. Experience leading or managing projects is key, with prior experience leading or managing consulting projects.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills are a must along with a high commitment to exceeding performance expectations. Maintaining a Professional approach and positive attitude when dealing with internal and external customers is essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital or Business or Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 7 to 15 years of related work experience in JD Edwards in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Enterprise Application Integration.
- Strong leadership skills: able to conduct meetings and write functional specifications for the development team.
- Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
- Preferred experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
- Must have an eagerness to mentor junior staff.
- Must be a team player and share knowledge through knowledge transition.
- Expertise and ability to support managed services customers in JD Edwards Workforce Management modules specially in payroll, time and labor, benefits and employee HCM management
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards ERP Implementations, support, enhancements, and upgrade projects.
- Reporting tools.
- Up to date with regulatory HCM and Benefits regulations in the U.S. as it relates to JDE ERP systems of employee management and benefits.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Master’s degree or PHR certification is a plus.
- Exposure to areas integrations with ADP or Payroll or Benefits 3rd party systems from JDE
- Familiarity with BI Publisher, and other third-party software.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Familiarity with Orchestrator, UDO, Composite Pages and new release 24 technologies.
