Senior Key Account Manager FlixTrain (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our FlixTrain business, who will shape a core part of our business and help us take the company to the next level.

• You are the face of FlixTrain to some of our largest partner accounts, overseeing the management and operational direction of existing relationships next to identifying and sourcing new partners
• You will review, design and negotiate new and existing partner contracts. As part of this, you are creative when it comes to designing contracts to meet our business objectives, including creating the right incentive structures and calculating partner production costs
• You are responsible for the calculation and verification of partner payments in collaboration with the finance & accounting teams
• You will improve our partner management processes incorporating automation solutions with cost calculations and profitability objectives serving as the foundation
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including production management and network planning, to optimize the services of your partners across our network
• You will play an essential role in transforming the transport industry by building a strong partner network and enabling additional trains and connections across Europe
