Responsibilities:
Your task is to manage the American Express partnership, focusing on acquiring new customers and activating existing customers through targeted communication on the PAYBACK marketing platform as well as through external marketing channels.
- You independently manage and advise the PAYBACK partner both in new customer acquisition and in the existing customer business, and you are responsible for the further development of the partnership
- You are responsible for achieving targets and budgets, and you handle annual planning as well as monthly forecasting
- You define relevant KPIs for efficient budget use, manage performance, and continuously develop all sales and activation measures
- You search for new sales channels and continuously develop sales strategies and product presentations
- You independently manage and coordinate both internal and external interfaces, especially in the areas of marketing, customer insights, and process management
- You are responsible for partner-specific project topics as part of the further development of your partner
- You manage the PAYBACK American Express application process and are responsible for the requirements description and management of service providers
