Are you ready to contribute to the success of WiseTech Global’s most strategic clients? We’re seeking two Senior Key Account Managers to join our global Key Account Management team and build lasting, impactful relationships with high-profile clients. As a key part of our support for our Key Account Management strategy, you’ll provide critical insights, proactively address client needs, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve complex issues. This role provides a unique opportunity to champion client success within a supportive, forward-thinking, ASX-listed company.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic clients: Lead regular communications with clients to understand their business needs and support them in achieving their goals.
- Drive client insights: Use data analysis and client discovery techniques to offer tailored recommendations, aligning our products and services to client objectives.
- Manage escalations: Act as a trusted escalation point, collaborating with internal teams to resolve critical client issues and ensure a seamless support experience.
- Enhance client growth: Partner with Business Development teams to drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities to serve each client’s unique needs.
- Build lasting relationships: Conduct strategic quarterly reviews and continuous check-ins to cultivate deep, trusted partnerships.
