Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation of kitchen equipment (including refrigerators, ice makers, ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers) in new projects and operational kitchens.
- Manage the tagging of company assets and their transfer between the warehouse and kitchens.
- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) for all operational equipment across kitchens in KSA.
- Assist in supervising the installation and commissioning of new equipment purchased from suppliers.
- Diagnose any malfunctions or faults in operating equipment within kitchens.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
- Perform visual inspections and audits of all equipment in operational kitchens.
- Evaluate and report the workmanship of external contractors to the line manager.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
