ABOUT YOUR POSITION
CONSTANT is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist to support the Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM). OFAM mission is to provide effective and efficient management of Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) fleet and asset resources. This includes acquiring and disposing of vehicles and equipment, maintaining and repairing fleet assets, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards and supporting operational needs through efficient asset management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Business Administration/Analytics, Technical Communication) or a relevant field
- 4-10 years of relevant KM experience
- Expertise in SharePoint administration and management
- Strong understanding of KM principles and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of information management regulations and security standards
- Must pass a CBP Background Investigation (BI)
