YOUR SKILLS

• BS in Mechanical or Material Science Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong competence and experience in laboratory experimental testing and technical writing.
• CAD experience, SolidWorks preferred.
• High technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Software programming experience a plus e.g. writing scripts for data manipulation, Python preferred.
• Equipment connectivity knowledge for data transfer activities a plus.
  The salary for this role is $82,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

• Technical expertise in a variety of adhesive technologies, internationally recognized testing standards, and dispensing techniques.
• Programming of robots, in particular as relates to automation.
• Ownership of critical equipment and responsible for maintaining and enhancing capabilities with safe operation.
• Designs/innovates parts and workflows for improving and expanding on automated equipment.
• Manages vendors/partners and defines clear acceptance criteria and conditions for contracts focused on uptime, reliability, and maintenance metrics.
• Implements new test methods based on project/customer needs and is an expert who trains others with strong mathematical skills as required for data analysis e. g. for Finite Element Analysis.
• Reviews and approves technical reports while providing feedback.
