  • Deliver Impactful Training: Develop and deliver engaging, tailored training sessions, focusing on challenging cohorts and complex processes to ensure all teams are confident in using the system.
  • Collaborate and Support: Partner with Pathology Managers to deliver a tailored training plan and hypercare support, ensuring the teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Resolve Issues and Offer Solutions: Act as the point of contact for all training-related queries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Monitor Progress: Track training attendance, readiness, and effectiveness to ensure training milestones are met and that the deployment is successful.
  • Support the Team: Work alongside the Systems Training Lead to mentor and support the wider systems training team, fostering a collaborative environment.
