JOB REQUIREMENTS – SENIOR LAND SURVEYOR (INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Land Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in land surveying for infrastructure projects.
• Certifications: Valid surveyor license or certification (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing.
• Leadership Ability: Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Pay: RO450.000 - RO500.000 per month

• Survey Team Management: Supervise and coordinate 5 survey teams to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
• Control Points & Layout: Establish and verify primary and secondary control points for precise measurements.
• Topographic & Route Surveys: Conduct and oversee topographic, route, and setting-out surveys for infrastructure works.
• Earthworks & Utilities Alignment: Ensure correct alignment of earthworks, roads, pipelines, and other utilities as per design drawings.
• Use of Survey Equipment: Operate and manage advanced survey equipment, including Total Station, GPS, Level Machine, and drones.
• Data Processing & CAD: Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other related software.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution of survey-related tasks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed survey reports, as-built drawings, and progress updates.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all survey operations follow safety regulations and site protocols.
